The Special Forces Association (SFA) is a non-profit US veterans organization formed in 1964 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and is chartered in the State of North Carolina.  It was formed to unite all persons who are now or have ever been assigned to the U.S. Army Special Forces (SF) to perpetuate SF traditions.  There are over 80 Chapters worldwide with approximately 10,000 members.  No person is barred from joining the association because of race, color, religion, sex, or political affiliation.  For more information on this organization visit the Special Forces Association Headquarters What is U.S. Army Special Forces?

Chapter XIII (C-13)  was formed on 28 Aug 1974 in the Republic of Korea.  Annual functions that this Chapter sponsors to support the U.S. Special Forces community in the ROK include a Christmas Party and a July 4th picnic.  We also support an Orphanage in conjunction with the Special Operations Command Korea, represent SF at various veterans' functions, and support two 8240th AU Association Memorial Ceremonies.
